Biography:
Angel Hu is currently a M.A. candidate in the Social-Organizational Psychology program at Teachers College, Columbia University. She has worked at University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) and University of California, San Francisco (UCSF) as a clinical research coordinator, executing and managing investigational medicinal product clinical trials, national disease registries, and investigator initiatedstudies. During her involvement in Prof. Shih’s lab, she worked on studies examining unemployment stigma, the impact of dehumanization words, and backlash effects against Asian American men. Her extensive experience as a research assistant laid a foundation of her interest in organizational behavior.
