Biography:

Benjamin worked with Margaret as a doctoral student in her lab from 2009 to 2013. After completing his PhD in 2013, Benjamin joined the University of Sussex in Brighton, United Kingdom where he currently works as an Assistant Professor of Organizational Behavior. Benjamin’s research focuses on intergroup relations and diversity management. At the individual level, his work explores how the presence and disclosure of diverse identities such as gender, race, and sexual orientation influence the attitudes and behavior of individuals. At the organizational level, his work examines how diversity impacts organizational performance and how organizations can best manage a diverse workforce through human resources policies.
