Biography:Linda is an NSF Fellow and PhD Candidate in the Management & Organizations area of UCLA Anderson School of Management. Her research interests lie in the domains of diversity and discrimination. Specifically, her work is focused on diversity judgments and the ways in which implicit forms of bias perpetuate racial and gender disparities in the workplace.
