Ming-Hong Tsai is an assistant professor of psychology in the School of Social Sciences at the Singapore Management University. He received his Ph.D. from UCLA Anderson School of Management and his M.A. in quantitative methods in the social sciences from Columbia University. He investigates conflict and cooperation, decision making, and team dynamics.
